Vybd Pro is a tool for tutors and coaching centres. You use it to keep your batches and students, to upload study material, and to have worksheets, notes and exam papers written for your class. This page explains exactly what we collect, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how you delete it. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

We do not collect location, contacts, calendar, SMS content or advertising identifiers. We do not build advertising profiles and there is no advertising in Vybd Pro.
Reviewed Beyond school activities use our approved content engine without an AI-provider request. Class-preparation progress belongs to the tutor: it is not individual pupil achievement. We store only the selected preparation grade or owned group, activity/version, viewed or attempted state and latest check score, not raw check answers or identifying incident details. This information is not used for advertising or profiling.
Vybd Pro uses OpenAI's AI models to read what you share and to write worksheets, notes and exams. When you start a generation, we send to OpenAI: the class, board, subject and chapters you chose, any note or chapter text you type, and any photos or PDFs you upload. Student names and ids you type are never sent — names are added only to printed copies, in your browser or app. Uploaded pages are sent as they are, so a name written on a page is sent too: please crop names out before uploading. Nothing else about your students is sent.
OpenAI does not use this data to train its models. OpenAI processes it only to return the content you asked for, under our commercial agreement with them.
Historical note: content generated before September 2026 was processed by xAI or by Anthropic. Those providers have been retired and are no longer used.
You are asked to agree to this AI processing once, before your first upload or generation. If you do not agree, nothing is uploaded and nothing is generated — the rest of the app (batches, attendance, fees, reports, your existing Library) keeps working.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
In the Vybd Pro iPhone app, plans and Balance top-ups are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment: we never see your Apple ID, its password, or your card or other payment details. For each purchase, Apple tells us, and we keep:
We use these only to give you the plan or Balance credit you bought, to keep it in step with renewals, cancellations and refunds, and to stop one purchase being used twice. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple: manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. When Apple tells us a purchase was refunded or revoked, we remove the plan time or the unused credit it gave you. Deleting your Vybd Pro account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel it with Apple first. After you delete your account we keep only minimal, hashed purchase records, without your phone number or Apple's original transaction id, so a purchase cannot be redeemed twice and refunds can be reconciled.
Student names, grades and abilities are entered by you, the tutor. You decide what goes in, and you are responsible for having the right to enter it — including any consent a parent or guardian must give. Vybd Pro is built for adult tutors; children do not hold accounts and do not sign in. Please keep rosters minimal: a first name and a grade is enough, and you should crop contact details, roll numbers and school IDs out of anything you upload. You can edit or delete any student record at any time, and deleting your account deletes the whole roster.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Uploads are encrypted at rest for the short window they exist. Access to your workspace requires your phone number, your PIN and a session bound to your device; sessions expire and can be signed out. Tutor data lives in a database separate from the consumer Vybd app, and one tutor can never read another tutor's data.
Deletion removes your workspace and forfeits any unused Balance. Unresolved payment, refund or dispute obligations remain subject to reconciliation, and legally retained fiscal records are kept as described in section 4.
Vybd Pro accounts are for adults (tutors and coaching-centre owners). We do not knowingly create accounts for children, and children do not sign in to Vybd Pro. Material generated for a student is delivered to the tutor.
If we change how we use your data in a way that matters, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Where the change needs your agreement — for example a new AI provider — we will ask you again inside the app.
